Ordering and Shipping:

Upon receiving your order we will send you a confirmation email. If you have not received this email within 24 hours please contact us to make sure that we got received your order.

All custom orders will be shipped within 4 weeks, most times much faster.

All shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 in the US using USPS priority mail. Upon shipping I will email you a USPS confirmation number. If you would like to ship with another carrier please email me for a quote.

Please contact us for shipping rates outside the USA.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Instock Carriers

You have 30 days from the date that the carrier was shipped to return/exchange. I will be happy to exchange the carrier if there are any problems with the manufacturing. If you are unhappy with the carrier I will refund the carrier cost minus the shipping charges. All carriers must be returned in "new" unwashed condition.

If you are pregnant you will have 60 days from the date of birth of your baby to return or exchange your carrier.

"Make Your Own" Carriers:

I do not accept returns for "Make Your Own" carriers unless there is a manufacturing issue. Please contact me for a return authorization before shipping. I guarantee all carriers for 1 year from shipped date, which can be found on your sales receipt. This is transferable if you choose to sell your carrier in this time frame.

Although we create each carrier as if we were to carry our own child in it, please note that by purchasing a Terra Baby Creations, LLC carrier you are responsible for your child while using the carrier.
